Job summary

Celigo, a leader in iPaaS, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design cloud-based integrations for SaaS and legacy apps. You will work with sales and project teams to craft solutions using integrator.io, Celigo’s iPaaS, and guide customers through architectural roadmaps and business process assessments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering or solution consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or MSIS preferred.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies (file transfer, SOA, Web Services APIs).
• Solid knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain, procure to pay, accounting).
• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, or Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Craft cloud-based integration solutions around SaaS and legacy apps for customers.
• Lead scoping sessions to probe business needs and craft technical solutions using Celigo products.
• Write requirements and design documents detailing solution, integration method, and use cases.
• Act as voice of the customer to shape product design and delivery.
• Provide design documents, business process assessments, and other deliverables during projects.
• Architect repeatable solutions for service teams or partners.
