Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale technology environments.
6-8+ years of people leadership experience leading technical teams.
Strong technical understanding of AWS and Microsoft/Azure cloud platforms.
Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow, including ITSM and HRSD.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday and integration across ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve HR, Finance, and employee platform architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
Define target-state architecture for the employee technology ecosystem ensuring integration and scalability.
Champion AI usage across the ecosystem with guardrails and adoption strategy.
Set and govern enterprise architecture standards, policies, and integration strategies.
Develop a high-performing architecture organization and mentor teams.
