Job Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts, creating innovative solutions that make a real impact.
• Stay current with the latest tech trends to ensure our solutions are top-notch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to realize architectural visions.
• Leverage extensive software development experience to solve complex technical challenges, ensuring system scalability and performance.
• Share knowledge and expertise to elevate team skills.
• Provide overall direction, guidance, and facilitation for current and future-state architecture aligned with Stewart’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate activities related to infrastructure, including network, telecommunications, core software, hardware, servers, and databases, establishing standards and procedures.
• Solve complex problems and develop non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking.
• Interpret internal and external business environments to inform architecture strategies.
• Recommend best practices to improve processes or services.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to generate alignment on projects and initiatives.
• Lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
• Work independently as an individual contributor, seeking guidance in highly complex situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience

• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in various programming languages, cloud platforms, and architectural frameworks.
