JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Senior Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank Finance & Business Management team to drive analytics, support business reviews, and manage cross-border payments initiatives.

You will partner with senior product leaders to deliver insights, track performance, and help shape growth while balancing risk and governance in a fast-paced payments landscape.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Business Management or a COO role.
• Proven ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for projects and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and agenda-forwarding skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Track and understand trends in revenues, transactional activity and deal pipeline activity.
• Track and analyze revenue, transactional volumes, client/deal pipeline, and expense trends; surface drivers of change and actionable insights.
• Create high-quality presentations with a clear storytelling view for Business Reviews, Town Halls, and strategic meetings.
• Collaborate to the revenue budgeting / forecasting process.
• Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, demonstrating advanced design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage agenda for Business Reviews by coordinating advanced planning activities and managing meeting content.
• Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities and maintain multi-year forecast views for each product.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, continually simplifying, improving, and adding value to existing business processes.
