Job summary

Canon U.S.A. Inc. in Melville, NY is seeking a Budget & Administrative Associate Specialist to own budget submissions, revisions and month-end close within the Marketing department.

You will review invoices against contracts, track variances, and collaborate with Marketing to drive strategic financial insights. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience are required, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and exposure to Hyperion or BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Marketing concepts a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate budget/accounting procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Budget submission and revisions for assigned Marketing areas.
• Budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Month-end close activities and journal entries (accruals/reclasses).
• Invoice review against contracts and processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on strategy and cross-functional projects.
• Help develop automation for routine tasks.
