Job summary

Akaasa Infotech Noida seeks a Solution Owner Veeva Clinical to own the overall application direction for Veeva Clinical systems. You will lead solution design, governance, and stakeholder coordination across global teams to deliver compliant, scalable capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, and regulatory requirements while managing integrations and data migrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project delivery or IT services within a multinational organisation.
• Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, solution design, and application ownership.
• 3+ years as a Veeva Vault Architect OR 5+ years as a Veeva Functional/Configuration Specialist.
• Experience implementing Veeva Clinical apps (eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments).
• Leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience delivering in fast-paced, global environments with cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design and application architecture for Veeva Clinical.
• Provide strategic guidance on roadmaps and long-term system strategies.
• Lead governance, operations, and continuous improvement for Veeva Clinical.
• Mentor engineers and technical teams on methodology, architecture and design.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and standards.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and design reviews.
• Drive delivery and operational methodologies with platform and service teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve solution principles and standards.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams for high-quality implementations.
• Oversee integrations, data migrations, configurations and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to optimise Veeva solutions and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new tech.
• Gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support global implementation and management across diverse environments.
