Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Veeva Clinical Operations to own the product strategy and roadmap for key clinical applications. You will unify clinical systems, data, and processes to speed therapy delivery and shape the future of our industry-leading product suite.

In this role, you will engage customers and stakeholders, write clear specifications, and prioritize the backlog to maximize value. Travel is ~10–15%. Flexible work location is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record launching products or features that meet customer needs.
• Experience in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Vault Clinical Operations applications.
• Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to define product vision.
• Write clear feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering/design/QA.
• Prioritize backlog balancing customer requests with strategic initiatives.
• Act as product evangelist, communicating roadmap and features to internal and external audiences.
• Educate Sales and Services teams to drive adoption and support issues.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and impact.
• Stay current with regulatory changes affecting clinical operations.
