Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Solution Owner to bridge customer needs with technical delivery. You will lead product delivery, drive strategic collaboration, and manage stakeholder expectations while guiding onshore/offshore teams.

Travel up to 25% and the option to work remote are available. You will shape discovery, planning, and delivery through Agile practices and strong leadership, building trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 12+ years of experience in a Product Owner role, Senior Business Analyst or related work experience.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership abilities with ability to engage executives.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira or similar tools.
• Experience with Cloud service providers/Microsoft O365 suite of tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmap with clear vision and strategy.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering and use-case definition sessions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in consultation with architects and engineers.
• Create epics and user stories for development teams in Jira.
• Prioritize and maintain sprint backlog; guide team implementation of features.
• Manage requirement changes and obtain timely stakeholder approvals.
• Ensure delivered features meet customer requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
