Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will guide architecture, governance, and reusable assets across pursuit and delivery teams while collaborating with data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.

You will drive strategy for a portfolio of solutions, ensure quality and security, and help scale adoption across EY engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building AI/data/software solutions in industrial settings.
• Experience with manufacturing data platforms, data pipelines, semantic modeling, or knowledge graphs.
• Experience designing or implementing RAG-based applications, AI copilots, or agentic workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for a portfolio of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through architecture, build, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, security, data privacy, quality, and compliance with development standards.
• Guide design of manufacturing data platforms, data models, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Develop reusable solution assets, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
