Job summary
EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will drive architecture, data platforms, and reusable components while guiding practitioners, data engineers, and software teams to deliver production-ready assets.
You will shape strategy, quality, risk management, and adoption across engagements, partnering with senior leaders to align offerings with client needs and pursue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years in AI solution development, industrial data platforms, or digital manufacturing.
- Experience translating manufacturing needs into reusable AI-enabled solutions.
- Familiarity with RAG, knowledge graphs, and data-modeling concepts.
- Ability to lead managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and roadmap for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
- Lead cross-functional teams through architecture, build, test, and deployment.
- Translate priorities into measurable AI use cases and operational outcomes.
- Own governance, security, data privacy, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with sales, pursuit, and delivery teams to shape proposals.
