Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will drive strategy, architecture, and reusable components across pursuits, partnering with data engineers, AI engineers, and business leaders to deliver value.

The role requires senior leadership, hands-on delivery, and accountability for solution quality, risk, and adoption across EY’s practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, data science, information systems, manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience spanning AI solution development and industrial data platforms.
• Experience building AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.
• Experience designing RAG-based apps, AI copilots, agentic workflows, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and quality standards for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through architecture, build, test, release, and adoption.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Own solution governance, architecture decisions, and security/compliance with standards.
• Shape AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflows for production optimization.
