Job summary

EY seeks a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams in creating prototypes, accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable IP that can be deployed by pursuit and delivery teams.

You will shape solution strategy, ensure technical credibility, manage risk, and drive adoption across the practice, partnering with data engineers, scientists, and engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, CS, data science, information systems, manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in AI solution development, industrial data, digital manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience building working AI data/analytics/software solutions, not only advisory work.
• Experience creating manufacturing data platforms, pipelines, ontologies, or knowledge graphs.
• Proven track record designing or implementing RAG-based apps and AI copilots.
• Experience with data modeling across multiple manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap and quality standards for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through concept to deployment, balancing hands-on work.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Own governance: architecture, responsible AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, release readiness.
• Design data platforms integrating MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and quality systems.
• Develop reusable data models, ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.
