Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will guide teams across manufacturing data platforms, ontologies, and knowledge graphs, ensuring governance, security, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in AI solution development, industrial data platforms, or related field.
• Experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through architecture, build, testing and deployment while guiding technical decisions.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable operational outcomes.
• Own solution governance, data quality, security, and compliance with development standards.
• Design and industrialize data platforms connecting MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and other systems.
• Lead the development of RAG/GraphRAG solutions and governance standards.
• Shape AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflows for manufacturing use cases.
• Oversee integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and IT/OT patterns.
• Define backlogs, roadmaps, releases, and resource planning in agile cycles.
• Support sales by shaping architectures, demos, proposals, and client communications.
