Justt is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to own the full technical sales cycle, from pre-sales to client onboarding, in a hybrid NYC-based role. You will lead demonstrations, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in solution engineering or pre-sales, 2+ years in fintech/payments, and deep knowledge of AI-driven fraud prevention and chargeback management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
• 2+ years in fintech or payments.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Sales Processes: own the technical aspects of the sales cycle and conduct demonstrations/workshops.
• Technical Implementation & Onboarding: lead complete technical implementation and provide training and ongoing support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with sales, product, customer success, and engineering to exceed client expectations.
