Qualifications

We are seeking a self-motivated SENIOR SOLUTION CONSULTANT to join our Presales team, aligned with a Public Sector Industry sales team.

As a Solution Consultant, you will enjoy helping people solve challenging problems, showcasing innovative products that can transform their businesses.

Your Impact:


  • Engage with targeted large enterprise prospects to identify suboptimal business processes and pain points.
  • Explain how Anaplan can effectively solve these issues.
  • Develop and deliver tailored planning solutions, demos, and messaging.
  • Build Proof of Concept models to demonstrate solutions to prospects.
  • Navigate complex environments to facilitate adoption of Anaplan solutions.
  • Cross-train teammates on solution expertise.
  • Create product awareness in the marketplace.

Your Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of FP&A (finance, budgeting, etc.) and/or Solution Consulting/Implementation experience within the public sector.
  • Experience with higher education (university systems) is a plus.
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management and Financial Planning solutions.
  • Experience developing government-specific assets from commercial solutions.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new technology.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including listening to customer needs and shaping solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to challenge traditional methods.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or Technical field.
