Under general supervision, designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets to support, informed business decisions concerning contracted shipments moving within the global network. Uses database tools and/or other proactive analytics to determine possible solutions to support delivery deadlines and ensure the integrity of Priority Alert shipments. Interfaces with Ops, AGFS, GOC Management, and Vendors to reduce operating expenses, improve service, increase revenue and ensure Regulatory and system form compliance.

Essential Functions

• Under general supervision, designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets to support, informed business decisions concerning contracted shipments moving within the global network.
• Uses database tools and/or other proactive analytics to determine possible solutions to support delivery deadlines and ensures the integrity of Priority Alert shipments.
• Interfaces with Ops, AGFS, GOC Management, and Vendors to reduce operating expenses, improve service, increase revenue and ensure Regulatory and system form compliance.
• Conducts independent research analysis to improve service levels, determine root causes of failures, ensures account accuracy and maintains system productivity.
• Evaluates network and operational efficiency and as necessary, recommends corrective actions to improve compliance and optimize performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) Years Related Experience in Customer Problem Resolution, Regulatory Compliance, Database Mining, Contingency Planning, Legal and Shipment Security Compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Knowledge of business software and Spreadsheet applications.

Strong Analytical, Human Relations, Communications (Verbal and Written) and Interpersonal Skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $3,891.60 /monthly - $5,059.08/monthly Colorado Pay Range: $4,756.40 /monthly -$6,183.32 /monthly New York Pay Range: $4,972.60 /monthly - $6,464.38 /monthly New York City Pay Range: $5,188.80 /monthly - $6,745.44 /monthly

Additional Details: This position will be remote. This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
