About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Solution Consultant who thrives on helping customers translate business needs into practical, high-impact AI solutions. This role bridges the gap between technology and business outcomes—working hands‑on with clients to guide them through discovery, deployment, and adoption.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their goals, gather requirements, configure and demonstrate AI capabilities, and ensure successful rollout and adoption through training, documentation, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges, map requirements, and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Conduct on‑site and virtual workshops, discovery sessions, and training sessions with end users and technical teams.
• Guide customers through solution configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring smooth handoffs and user adoption.
• Provide post‑implementation support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer needs with product capabilities and roadmap.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and process workflows clearly for both internal and customer‑facing use.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert—helping customers understand best practices for AI adoption, data usage, and ethical implementation.
• Stay current with advancements in AI tools, frameworks, and large language model (LLM) technologies to continuously enhance solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client‑facing consulting, solution engineering, or implementation role (preferably in AI, data analytics, or enterprise software).
• Strong experience conducting requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML tools and technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, or similar).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible business language for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading customer‑facing workshops and training.
• Proven experience supporting software rollouts, user adoption programs, or enterprise system implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prompt engineering, AI solution design, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their integration with AI platforms.
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services within technology, SaaS, or enterprise transformation.
