Job summary

ComplianceQuest is seeking a Sr. Solution Consultant to lead consulting and configuration work for implementation projects. You will recommend solutions, train customers, and drive projects to successful completion while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires deep experience with QMS/EHS deployments, strong communication, and leadership skills, plus willingness to travel. Certification in ASQ or Salesforce Admin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial engineering.
• 7+ years of experience deploying QMS or EHS systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interact with customers and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide product functional consulting and business process re-engineering for assigned projects.
• Deliver product training to customers on relevant modules.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project completion and quality.
• Continuously improve CQ solution knowledge and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants.
• Handle enhancements, escalations, and data validation tasks as needed.

Job Overview

Sr. Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the success of the Implementation Services team. The Sr. Solution Consultant is to provide product recommendations and configurations, ensuring proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and managing enhancement requirements and escalations and capability to understand simple to complex business requirements and design a solution to meets those needs. The Sr. Solution Consultant drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creative thinking conceptually and practically to come up with solutions while interacting with customers.
• Provide consulting services to assigned projects as required, including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, customization requirements, product validation and custom report analysis.
• Provide Product training to customers as required on the modules that the Sr. Consultant is certified in.
• Continue to improve knowledge of CQ's solution, quality standards, industry, and technology to better serve the internal and external customers.
• Proactively improve one's productivity and quality.
• Participate in refresher training classes to renew certification and new training classes for new products, quality standards, industry, and technology.
• Provide product and industry training to company employees as assigned.
• Provide consulting services to the assigned projects as required including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, engineering analysis, customization requirements, product installation, data conversion requirements, product validation and custom report analysis.
