Job summary

Paradigm Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to design and deliver enterprise data governance solutions within SAP environments. You will lead workshops, translate business needs into governance designs, and collaborate with SAP specialists to deliver robust MDG-based data governance across asset and material master data.

The role requires extensive SAP ERP and MDG experience, strong data governance leadership, and excellent client-facing communication to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SAP ERP experience.
• At least 2 SAP data governance projects involving SAP MDG or related MDM/governance.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP data governance solutions including workflow design and data quality frameworks.
• Strong functional experience in Asset and/or Material master data.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Master, MRP, and/or Purchasing.
• Strong experience conducting client requirement-gathering workshops.
• Experience collaborating with SAP technical teams on RFCs, function modules, and custom enhancements.
• Knowledge of master data lifecycle management, classification, and data quality validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into functional designs for governance processes and approval workflows in MDO.
• Partner with technical teams to define requirements for RFCs, function modules, and enhancements.
• Design and validate data quality rules, classification structures, and master data models.
• Support configuration and testing of governance workflows.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams from design to go-live and stabilization.
• Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and test scripts.
• Provide SME on SAP master data structures and governance best practices.
• Support product demonstrations and contribute to SOWs during sales cycles.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join the Master Data Online (MDO) practice, supporting the design and delivery of enterprise data governance solutions within SAP environments.

This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong SAP ERP, Master Data Governance (MDG), data quality, and Asset/Material master data expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders to define business rules, data standards, and governance workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs for governance processes, validation rules, and approval workflows within MDO.
• Partner with technical/build teams to define requirements for custom RFCs, function modules, and SAP enhancements.
• Design and validate data quality rules, classification structures, and master data models.
• Support configuration and testing of governance workflows.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams from design through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and test scripts.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP master data structures and data governance best practices.
• Support product demonstrations and contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) during the sales cycle.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SAP ERP experience
• At least 2 SAP data governance projects involving SAP MDG or a related MDM/governance platform

Good to Have

• Experience with Master Data Online (MDO) or comparable governance platforms
• Knowledge of ISO 14224 or similar asset/equipment classification standards
• SAP PM transactions/master data knowledge: IE03, IL03, QS41, CT04, CL02
• Experience within Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, or other asset-intensive industries
• Previous consulting and client-facing solution delivery experience
• Data analytics, data transformation, or data quality management experience
