Job summary

Prospecta Software is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join the MDO practice, focusing on SAP data governance and MDG implementations for Asset and Material domains. You will gather requirements, design governance rules, and work with technical teams to deliver configured SAP solutions.

Ideal candidates have deep SAP ERP experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on data governance expertise. Roles are client-facing in US/Canada with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Minimum of 2 data governance projects with MDG or similar.
• Experience implementing data governance for SAP with rules, workflows, and quality.
• Strong functional experience in Asset and/or Material domains.
• Proven ability to lead or participate in requirement sessions with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Build teams on custom SAP enhancements for governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops to define business rules, data standards, and governance workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional designs for governance in MDO.
• Partner with Build teams to define technical needs and RFCs for governance rules.
• Design and validate data quality rules and master data models.
• Support configuration and testing of governance workflows.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery.
