This leader will balance hands-on delivery needs with long-term transformation, earning trust from engineers and stakeholders while making automation fundamental to how work is designed and executed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering, software testing, or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership directing test automation engineers or similar delivery teams.
• Proven ability to assess and improve automation practices, standards, and frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of UI, API, integration, regression, data-validation, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience designing and governing automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Ability to translate product risk and priorities into a practical automation roadmap.

• Lead and develop the existing test automation team and technical leads.
• Define and enforce modern, sustainable automation standards across UI, API, mainframe, and data-validation.
• Champion automation across application delivery, IT operations, and business workflows.
• Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines for earlier feedback and reliable delivery.
• Define governance, security, and measurement practices for automation assets.
