Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and NICE CXone for a Columbus, OH utility. The role mandates governance of end-to-end integration with CIS and legacy systems while coordinating with SAP, NICE, and SI vendors.

The incumbent will chair ARBs, produce architecture artefacts, and drive risk management and decision reviews throughout a 12-month contract with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture across multi-vendor ERP/CRM/CCaaS transformations.
• Proven ability to govern architecture across SAP C4C, NICE CXone, and legacy CIS.
• Ability to chair Architecture Review Boards and drive design authority decisions.
