Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead a large-scale customer experience transformation initiative, spanning SAP Service Cloud (C4C), NICE CXone, and enterprise integrations.

You will guide architecture across CRM, contact center, and data platforms, establish ARBs, govern standards, mentor architects, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and upgrade-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of solution/enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong governance, vendor management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and NICE CXone.
• Define integration architecture across CRM, billing, and operations.
• Lead ARBs and Design Authority sessions; deliver architecture artifacts.
