Job summary

Kivo, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to own the full post-sale journey for pharmaceutical customers in a regulated environment. You will lead hands-on implementations and drive customer outcomes, retention, and expansion across US-based accounts.

In this senior role, you will build trusted relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support validation and data migration, and ensure successful adoption of the Kivo platform for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in customer success or implementation in life-sciences SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality processes.
• Experience with regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and validation.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementations and structured project governance.
• Own account health and drive retention, expansion, and ROI.
• Develop executive-level insights and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer outcomes.
• Guide customers on AI-enabled workflows and platform adoption.
