Job summary

Kivo Inc. is seeking a senior Solution Architect who will own the full post-sale journey for customers in regulated environments.

You will lead hands-on implementations and then manage ongoing Customer Success activities, partnering across teams to ensure long-term outcomes and expansion. This role focuses on strategic account leadership and operational delivery in life-sciences SaaS, with possible EU-time shifts for global projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in customer success, implementation or blended services in life-sciences SaaS.
• Strong domain knowledge in Regulatory Affairs or Operations for pharma/biotech/medtech.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11/Annex 11; comfort with validation deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform with structured project governance.
• Own account health, drive outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships; deliver executive-ready ROI insights.
• Guide customers on AI-driven workflows and regulatory-compliant configurations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Services and Product on roadmap feedback and adoption.
