Job summary

Kivo seeks a senior Solution Architect to lead the post-sale journey for pharma/regulatory customers in the US, with occasional EU support. You will own implementations, drive customer outcomes, and partner across Success, Sales, and Product to maximize value and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in customer success, implementation or blended services in life-sciences SaaS.
• Strong domain knowledge in Regulatory Affairs for pharma/biotech/medtech industries.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Familiarity with regulated requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11) and validation deliverables.
• Experience leading software implementations in regulated environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable presenting to C-suite.
• Based in the US with ability for occasional EU collaboration.
• Applied AI experience to build workflows and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform with structured project management.
• Translate regulated process requirements into configured platform solutions.
• Support the customer’s validation workstream and provide orientation to Kivo docs.
• Partner with Data Migration team on discovery, field mapping, dry-run, and cutover.
• Guide customers through change management and go-live readiness activities.
• Own account health, growth, and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
• Deliver executive insights and ROI narratives to reinforce value.
