Job summary

Kivo Inc is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the post-sale journey for customers in regulated life-sciences deployments. You will drive outcomes, retention, and expansion by delivering hands-on implementations and ongoing customer success across a US-centric portfolio with occasional EU support.

You will design and validate configurations that meet GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11 requirements, assist with data migration, and guide customers through go-live and adoption, building

Qualifications

5-10+ years in a customer success, implementation, or blended services role in life-sciences SaaS.
Strong knowledge of Quality processes in pharma/biotech/medtech industries.
Experience with regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11) and validation deliverables.
Excellent English communication, able to present to executives and technical users.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform with structured project management.
Own account health and drive outcomes, retention, and expansion with customers.
Build executive relationships and deliver ROI-focused insights and reviews.
Support validation and data migration activities to ensure compliant deployment.
Guide go-live readiness, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.
