Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced solution architect with 12+ years in architecture and cloud transformation. The role focuses on leading workshops, designing reference architectures, and guiding executive decisions across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and cloud-native options on Azure and AWS.

You will build phased roadmaps, enable data migration and AI use-case planning, and ensure security and governance across complex platforms. Hybrid work baseline applies across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture or cloud transformation.
• Hands-on platform experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce, plus production-grade design and delivery on both Azure and AWS, including multi-account/subscription landing zones, hybrid connectivity and cloud-native workloads on managed Kubernetes.
• Deep technical grounding in integration, APIs, microservices, security architecture and digital transformation.
• Architecture: cloud-native design, microservices, Kubernetes (AKS and EKS, Helm, service mesh, GitOps), serverless and event-driven patterns, enterprise architecture (TOGAF), Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework
• Integration: API and integration architecture: REST, GraphQL and event streaming; Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Event Grid; AWS API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS and Step Functions; MuleSoft or equivalent iPaaS
• Platforms and cloud: ServiceNow, Salesforce and hybrid cloud
• Azure: Entra ID, Landing Zones and Management Groups, Azure Policy, Virtual WAN and ExpressRoute, AKS, App Service, Functions, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry
• AWS: Organizations and Control Tower, IAM Identity Center, VPC and Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, EKS, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS/Aurora and DynamoDB, CloudWatch, GuardDuty and Security Hub, Amazon Bedrock
• Cloud engineering and security: Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), zero-trust network and identity design, encryption and key management (Key Vault, KMS), FinOps and cost governance, multi-cloud resilience and DR
• AI and data: GenAI and agentic AI strategy, data governance and migration

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and scoring workshops across ServiceNow-led, Salesforce-led and hybrid cloud-native options, including demos, scenario walkthroughs and stakeholder sessions.
• Set the evaluation criteria across functional fit, architecture, AI, implementation, financials and strategic alignment.
• Produce weighted scorecards with clear recommendations, risks, trade-offs and a business case executives can act on.
• Assess mobile field-service options: Salesforce Field Service, ServiceNow FSM and Neuron7.
• Design reference architectures covering service models, integration patterns and security controls.
• Build the plan: data migration strategy, AI use-case roadmap and transformation roadmap, ending in an actionable Phase-1 backlog.
• Advise executive stakeholders through architecture governance and transformation decisions, and keep them aligned as trade-offs surface.
