Celerity Consulting Group is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years in implementing ERP/FSM projects for utilities/energy sectors. This remote role includes travel for client meetings and workshops. You will gather requirements, document processes, design solutions, and guide testing and user training to drive operational excellence.

The position emphasizes stakeholder management, analytics, and delivering high-impact improvements across enterprise systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Engage with clients to understand and document business processes and objectives related to field service operations.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where current systems fall short of client needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design FSM/ERP solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Provide training and ongoing post-implementation support to clients.
