KIBO Laboratories LLC seeks an experienced Software Solution Architect to shape a national customs-modernization platform. You will define the technical architecture connecting customs integrations, data sources, and secure data flows while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable, and interoperable designs, with leadership for engineers, data scientists, and government stakeholders. This is a high-impact, build-out phase role within a national program.

Qualifications

Eight or more years in technical roles including software development or systems integration.
Three or more years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or related role.
Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Define the Solution Architecture and Roadmap for the customs-assurance tech ecosystem.
Design clear, actionable architecture with blueprints and interface designs.
Lead systems integration strategy across ASYCUDA/SYDONIA and port-community data sources.
Translate stakeholder needs into technically feasible designs and delivery plans.
Embed security, resilience, and interoperability across platforms and data flows.
Evaluate technology options and manage architectural risk with practical mitigations.
Provide technical leadership and review solutions against approved designs.
