Job summary

Cummins is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the Corporate team in Columbus, IN. You will design scalable architectures, drive architectural standards, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, creating reference architectures, and guiding pilots and PoCs to validate future opportunities while ensuring alignment with Cummins’ tech stack and governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in solution or system architecture in large, complex organizations.
• Experience with cloud platforms and integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns.
• Ability to design scalable architectures and interfaces.

• Design scalable, reliable system architectures with defined components and interfaces.
• Evaluate design options with cost-benefit analyses and align with business needs.
• Champion enterprise architecture standards and reusable building blocks.
