Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software development or architecture roles.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and modern patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architecture across teams and regions.
• Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
