You will lead design efforts across marketing technology platforms, collaborate with IT and business users, and contribute to project teams involved in CRM and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading design of enterprise environments.
• Experience with marketing and relationship management systems.
• Understanding cross-module impacts of application configuration.
• Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide scalable, secure enterprise architectures.
• Create operating procedures and technical documentation for processes and strategy.
• Participate in MarTech/CRM project teams and data usage.
• Assist with IT security and user access for MarTech/CRM systems.
• Review configuration impacts and support change management, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to improve efficiency and workflow.
