Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Solution Architect - D365 to join our Information Technology team in Minneapolis. You will translate business strategy into scalable enterprise designs within MarTech and CRM, collaborating with IT and business users to improve efficiency and security.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a strategic mindset, with at least 7 years of enterprise design leadership and experience in marketing/relationship management systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience leading design of enterprise environments.
• Overall progressive work experience in marketing and relationship management systems and project management.
• Understanding cross module and downstream impacts of application configuration.
• Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide technology solutions that align business goals with scalable, secure architectures.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation for processes and strategy.
• Participate in project teams that use MarTech and CRM data.
• Assist with IT security and user access for MarTech/CRM systems.
• Review application demands for impact and support change management, testing, and training.
• Manage security and data integrity for applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing.
• Balance long-term vision with short-term execution; prioritize effectively.
