Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - D365 to join our Information Technology team. You will translate business strategy into scalable, secure enterprise solution design in the MarTech/CRM environment and work with Marketing Technology teams to support related systems.

You should have 7+ years of enterprise design leadership, strong communication skills, and experience with marketing/relationship management systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years leading design of enterprise environments.
Experience with marketing and relationship management systems.
Understanding cross-module and downstream impacts of configuration.
Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Design and guide scalable, secure enterprise solutions that align with business goals.
Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation for processes and strategy.
Participate in MarTech and CRM project teams using data from these systems.
Assist with IT security and user access for MarTech and CRM systems as required.
Review application demands for impact on configuration; support testing and training.
Manage optimization related to security and data integrity for the applications and integrations.
Collaborate with IT and business users to identify new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency.
Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Balance long-term vision with short-term execution and prioritize effectively.
