Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect - D365 within its Information Technology team. You will translate business strategy into scalable enterprise designs for MarTech and CRM, guiding security, data integrity, and operational procedures across large teams and projects.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years leading enterprise environments, strong marketing/relationship management system experience, and familiarity with Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading design of enterprise environments.
• Experience in marketing/relationship management systems configuration, integration, and reporting.
• Understanding cross-module and downstream impacts of application configuration.
• Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide technology solutions that align business goals with scalable, secure architectures.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and strategy.
• Participate in project teams related to MarTech and CRM technology or that use data from these systems.
• Assist with periodic IT security and user access for all MarTech and CRM systems.
• Review application demands for impact on existing configuration and manage change processes including testing and training.
• Manage optimization related to security and data integrity for applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to identify strategies to increase efficiency and workflow.
