Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks an experienced Senior Solution Architect - D365 to join our Information Technology team in a role focused on translating business strategy into scalable enterprise designs for MarTech and CRM environments.

You will design technology solutions, document procedures, and collaborate with marketing tech teams to optimize security, data integrity, and efficiency across large cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading design of enterprise environments.
• Experience in marketing and relationship management systems configuration, integration, architecture and reporting.
• Understanding cross module and downstream impacts of application configuration.
• Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide technology solutions that align business goals with scalable, secure architectures.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and strategy.
• Participate in project teams that are either directly associated with MarTech and CRM technology or that use data from these systems.
• Assist with periodic IT security and user access for all MarTech and CRM systems as required.
• Review application demands for impact on existing configuration and identify opportunities via change management processes, inclusive of system and user acceptance testing, user training, and support documentation.
• Manage optimization related to security and data integrity for the applications and integrations.
• Work with IT and business users to identify new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance longterm vision and shortterm execution.
• Highly collaborative, outcomedriven, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
• Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including team members, management team members, IT and business users.
