Job summary

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Enterprise Architects to shape technical directions that align with Wellington’s standards.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud-native expertise, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture leadership.
• Experience architecting complex enterprise applications and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design activities for products, platforms, or domains.
• Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end solution architectures.
• Define data flows and integration strategies across systems.
• Ensure architectures meet security, resiliency, and governance requirements.
• Mentor engineers and partners across product and engineering teams.
