The Business Optimization & Transformation Department works to help Safety National achieve peak performance through innovative architecture and process optimization, removing silos and fostering collaboration.
As a Solution Architect, you design scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that enable Safety National’s strategic initiatives. Working closely with Product Management, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), product teams, and architecture leaders, you translate business needs into solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards and support efficient delivery. You serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping teams navigate complex integration challenges, modern engineering practices, and architectural decisions that drive long‑term business value.
Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and competitive, market‑based compensation. The target base salary range for this position is $116,500 to $150,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
