Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Director, Solution Architecture to lead high‑complexity CRE enterprise engagements within Beacon's pod‑based delivery model. You will own the solution scope for client engagements, translating requirements into architectures and directing engineers and data analysts to ensure delivery quality.

In collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and client leadership, you will define data workflows, design integrations, and establish reusable patterns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture, enterprise delivery, or implementation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own and define project scope for large, high-complexity CRE engagements.
• Prioritize and sequence engineering work across delivery pods.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact with senior client leadership.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success during discovery and scoping for enterprise accounts.
• Translate financial, operational, and leasing requirements into detailed solutions and data workflows.
• Design integrations and data models with Product, Data, and Engineering.
• Establish architecture standards and reusable patterns across pods.
• Champion an AI-first approach across the pod.
