Job summary

You will lead the architecture community, enable reusable patterns, and align with enterprise strategy, partnering with Digital Transformation teams and product groups to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a solution architect designing complex IT solutions using agile methodologies and API-first approaches.
• 8+ years of experience across at least three IT solution development disciplines (architecture, networks, applications, middleware, databases, operations).
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural direction across apps, integrations, data, tech, workforce tech, and infra.
• Enable composable design thinking and leverage AI to unlock value, simplify landscapes, and accelerate delivery flows.
• Lead architecture community to share reference architectures and patterns for rapid prototyping and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation teams, Product Group Leaders, and other architects to understand current and emerging business needs.
• Drive reusable technology and data patterns to maximize value delivered to the business while ensuring agility and speed.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture strategy and API-led design in hybrid ecosystems.
• Guide cross-functional architectural design leveraging reference architectures, trends, and implementation experience.
