In this role you will champion adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and change leadership, operating mainly in proof-of-value and rapid prototyping spaces. You will shape reusable components and scalable patterns, leading delivery and governance for sustainable impact across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
• 2+ years of experience applying AI-enabled automation approaches such as intelligent agents, NLP-based solutions, or GenAI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver automation and AI-powered solutions across functions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, Power Platform, and RPA tools.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions with workflows and integrations.
• Lead delivery across the automation POV lifecycle, ensuring reliable, continuously improved solutions.
• Continuously scan for new tools and approaches to improve processes across Nestlé USA.
• Embed best practices for automation and AI usage, guiding tools, agents, and workflows adoption and scaling.
• Ensure automation solutions are secure, compliant, and maintainable with governance and documentation.
