Job summary

Krasan Consulting Services is seeking a solutions architect to partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, business-focused technology solutions that align enterprise architecture with organizational goals.

You will lead solution architecture for enterprise CRM implementations with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Leads, developers, business analysts, and executives throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience with CRM implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise CRM implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and public sector case management solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Leads, developers, business analysts, and executives throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Program Increment Planning, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Conduct business and technical discovery to define functional and non-functional requirements and develop scalable solution designs.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language to support decision-making.
• Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and long-term objectives.
• Facilitate technical discussions, negotiate design decisions, and build consensus across teams.
• Track architecture work within Jira and coordinate priorities across product, delivery, and leadership.
