Job summary

CoinList is seeking a senior smart contract engineer to join a small engineering team and report to the CTO. You will build and deploy Solidity contracts on EVM chains, design systems, and own critical onchain features with a focus on security.

You’ll work remotely within the US, with flexible collaboration across time zones, and participate in a fast-moving startup environment that values high-quality code, shipping velocity, and robust audit readiness. Equity included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of production Solidity.
• Deep understanding of storage layout, gas, ABI encoding, events and indexing.
• Experience with proxies, upgradeability, access control, and security defenses.

Responsibilities

• Ship contracts to mainnet on EVM chains with external audit review.
• Design contract systems, boundaries, interfaces, storage layout, upgrade paths, access control.
