Job summary

CoinList is seeking a senior smart contract engineer to build and deploy Solidity contracts on EVM chains, integrating with asset providers and creating a reusable on‑chain interface. You will design systems, own critical token sale contracts, and collaborate with a small, fast‑moving team reporting to the CTO in a greenfield environment, with security, testing, and audits as core responsibilities.

This remote, US‑based role offers base salary $170,000–$190,000, equity, medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional working experience, including at least 2 years writing Solidity that reached production.
• Deep understanding of EVM storage layout, gas mechanics, ABI, events and indexing.
• Experience with proxies, upgradeability, access control, and security defenses (reentrancy, oracles, price manipulation).
• Proven tooling and testing discipline (Foundry or Hardhat, fork tests, fuzzing, invariants).
• Ability to think like an attacker and document security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Ship contracts to mainnet with rigorous security and audit considerations.
• Design contract systems, including boundaries, interfaces, storage layout, upgrade strategy, and access control.
• Own meaningful work on onchain components and token sale contracts.
• Prioritize security, audits, fuzzing, invariant tests, and incident response.
