Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns for smart contract design.
• Track record shipping production-grade Solidity contracts.
• Deep understanding of the EVM and smart contract security.
• Familiarity with Ethereum DeFi/Web3 ecosystem and related tooling.
• Very high attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication in a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years experience in software engineering
• Good knowledge of best practices in Design Patterns for Smart Contract design
• A track-record and proven experience shipping production grade smart contracts in Solidity
• Deep understanding of the EVM and smart contracts security
• Strong familiarity with the Ethereum DeFi and Web3 eco-system (infrastructure, protocols, applications)
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work independently on your deliverables, with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team
