SCS Engineers in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead solid waste projects across Green Bay and Fox Cities. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, client relationships, and business development while mentoring staff and coordinating with regional and national specialists.

Responsibilities include overseeing planning, permitting, design, construction, and operations of landfills, transfer stations, and MRFs, with a focus on safety and profitability.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (civil/environmental/geotechnical).
• Minimum 15 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 10 years at an environmental consulting firm preferred.
• Business development experience in the Central U.S. market preferred.
• Wisconsin P.E. registration or reciprocity within 6 months required.
• Proficient with MS Office; AutoCAD experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management and growth of solid waste clients in WI, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Engage with clients, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate staffing.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with regional and national teams.
• Review RFPs, support go/no go decisions, and draft proposals.
• Oversee design, permitting, and construction activities for landfills, transfer stations, and MRFs.
