Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Waste Management Practice in Oklahoma City, OK. You will lead project teams, develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, review technical reports, and design stormwater, leachate, and landfill gas systems while coordinating with clients and regulators.

You will mentor staff, contribute to proposals, and advance your career through our development programs and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.), with OK registration preferred
• Experience with scoping proposals, budgets, and profitable project management
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and government regulators

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete waste management engineering tasks and deliverables.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules and manage staff and quality control.
