Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering, geology, or environmental science.
• Professional licensure (P.E. or P.G.) required or obtainable within 2 years.
• 10+ years of related experience; 15+ preferred.
• Remote or hybrid scheduling based in Midwest offices.
• Regular fieldwork and up to 30% overnight travel.
• Collaborative culture with mentoring and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff in geoenvironmental and geotechnical practice.
• Design landfill liner and final cover systems, gas systems, and site closure.
• Conduct analyses including slope stability, hydrologic modeling, and seepage.
• Prepare permit applications, design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Engage in complex solid waste and landfill projects across the Midwest.
