Geosyntec is seeking a Solid Waste Engineer to join our New England practice in Bedford, NH. The role supports an expanding solid waste engineering program with leadership opportunities in design, analysis and business development.

The candidate will lead project delivery, mentor staff, and engage clients while applying regulatory knowledge and technical skills in landfills, post-closure, and related waste management systems. Hybrid/remote options available in the New England area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental or geotechnical engineering (required).
• P.E. licensure required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related consulting experience; strong client development track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Drive business development and client management in solid waste.
• Mentor staff and oversee design activities and fieldwork.
